1½-room apartments are preferably offered to a single-applicant who has or are expecting children, and afterwards offered to a single-applicant without children. The apartments have a 38 til 40 m2 gross area, depending on the apartment, and all apartments have a 32 m2 net area. All apartments have their own kitchen, bathroom, entré and closet. Furthermore all apartments are set with a terrace door and have either a small garden with terrace or a balcony.
