Common houses
NORK has two common houses which both contains a kitchen, toilets and a large common area with various equipment. The new common house (no. 176) is situated in the new part of the kollegium, and the old common house (no. 276) is situated in the old part.
The new common house
In the new common house is a large kitchen and two modernized toilets. Furthermore, there is a large assembly hall with sofas, TV, chairs, tables and a ping-pong table. The common house can be rented for 100-150 DKK/day in even weeks for larger events. The common house can house up to 48 people. By renting the common house you get sole and exclusive use for at least 24 hours, and you will need to write a contract with the renter. The common house can be booked and rented on the bookingpage. There are benches and a grill available along with the pavilion outside the common house.

The old common house
In the old common house there is a large kitchen, two modernized toilets, laundry room, group rooms, TV-room and fitness room. Furthermore there is a large assembly hall with a bar, table football, billiards, chairs, tables and a TV. The common house’s hall, kitchen and toilets can be rented for 100-150 DKK/day in odd weeks for larger events. The common house can house up to 30 people. By renting the common house you get sole and exclusive use for at least 24 hours, and you will need to write a contract with the renter. The common house and its facilities can be booked and rented via. the bookingpage. Outside the common house is a covered terrace with benches and a grill, as well as an outdoor heater. The heater can be turned on in 30 minute intervals from inside, next to the door to the terrace. The caretakers office is situated in the old common house as well, and it is here you need to go, when you are picking up your keys for the apartment.
