Renting Rules

The two common houses are rented out in different weeks; the old one (no. 276) in odd weeks and the new one (no. 176) in even weeks. However, if you wish to rent a common house in a weekend that it's not usually rentable, you can apply for a dispensation from the Residents' Council. You must apply for a dispensation at least 14 days before the date you wish to rent.

When renting the new common house:

In order to complete your rent, you must follow these 3 steps:

1. Send an e-mail to udlejning176@nork.dk. The mail must contain your name, contact informations and a suggested date to meet up and sign the renting contract. The landlord is a volunteer so it might take upwards of a week before you receive an answer.

2. Wait for answer and engage in settling an appointment for signing the renting contract and briefing about the renting.

3. When signing the contract, you must pay rent and deposit. The rent is 150 DKK and the deposit is 850 DKK. If you need to split the deposit in two rates, let us know. The common house is not accessible before the entire rent and deposit is paid. It is also possible to rent the common houses without access to tableware; the rent will then be 100 DKK and the deposit 850 DKK.
